While maintaining focus on keeping everyone safe, we are continuing business operations and are able to fulfill existing orders and accept new orders reliably.

FAQs

There are two options for delivery within the USA:

 

STANDARD (4-6 business days) – $8
EXPEDITED (2-3 business days) – $15

 

Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico:

 

STANDARD (7-10 business days) – $25

 

Import fees may be applicable on international orders. All orders being shipped outside the USA are subject to duty, VAT and local taxes. Before placing such an order, we advise you to contact us at care@babykeiko.com.

 

Additional fees may be applicable for orders outside of the contiguous US and international orders.

 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package. Please contact your courier or local post service in the case of a missing package.

Please note that all processing times are estimates due to COVID-19 and may be subject to change.

 

Most KEIKO clothing and accessory orders typically ship within 2-4 business days after an order has been placed. During times of high order volume, fulfillment time may be extended. If an order includes a personalized (embroidered) item(s), please be aware that personalization extends standard shipping + fulfillment by 7-10 business days.

 

When an order includes both embroidered and non-embroidered items, we wait to ship the complete order as one shipment.

We cooperate with DHL, UPS and FEDEX.

Please note that all shipping times are not 100% definite due to COVID-19 and may be subject to change. However, it generally depends on whether you choose standard or expedited shipping.

Right after we dispatch your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details.

If your package becomes lost or delayed you may need to call the shipping service or your local post office. Oftentimes, the post office will hold mail if the address is unclear, undeliverable, or for various other reasons.

 

Any package not delivered within a certain window (packages can take up to 10-15 days for domestic delivery and around 30 days for international delivery), you should not file a claim with the carrier service. The carrier will ask for the invoice and other information. We are always happy to help you try to track down packages and point you in the right direction.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to organize their own shipping insurance. We do not cover insurance, duty or taxes in the shipping components.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer support team at care@babykeiko.com with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number and we will get back to you.

If an order is delivered to an incorrect address and needs to be sent again, you will be charged for the additional delivery as well.

We offer complimentary gift wrap on KEIKO clothing and accessory purchases.
To select gift wrap on your KEIKO order, simply select “Gift Wrap entire order”.

 

If you select gift wrap, the entire order will be gift wrapped together. If you’d like multiple gift boxes, you must place separate orders.

Gift wrap can be selected by clicking the cart icon BEFORE checkout. Simply select “Gift Wrap entire order”.

We are unable to add gift wrap or a gift message to an order after it has been placed.

Yes! When you add gift wrap, you can include a personalized note as well. There is an option called “Add a free gift note” next to the option “Gift Wrap entire order”.

Gift notes are handwritten on soft and 100% organic cotton paper.

Custom embroidered baby gifts are one of the most memorable gifts you can give. For a unique touch, add an embroidered name for $15.

 

We can make it personalized up to 10 letters.

 

Whether you’re embroidering a bodysuit, sleepsuit or blanket, these keepsakes are memories they will treasure for a long time. Custom embroidery is available only for previously mentioned products.

 

Due to an influx of embroidery orders, please be aware personalization may extend standard shipping + fulfillment time by 7-10 days.

No, please note that personalized items are non-refundable.

Our sizing matches the industry standard and fit comfortably and with ease.

 

For your convenience, on each product there is a tab called “SIZE” for our size chart, but if you have any questions about a particular product, you can message us at care@babykeiko.com.

KEIKO clothing is really easy to take care of. You can machine wash them at 90 F (30°C) degrees and tumble dry low or line dry naturally for the best results.

We craft exceptionally high-quality products that are designed using materials that help to regulate a baby’s temperature through winter and summer, and at the same time are environmentally and planet friendly too? Why? Because we believe in making sure your little one is always safe and comfortable, in a better and healthier world.

We are proud to say that we design unique products with an eco-friendly point of view. Crafted from an innovative bamboo and organic cotton fabric blend, water-based printings, nickel-free snaps and zippers. The fabrics we use for making KEIKO baby clothing and accessories are distinguished by being organic, recycled, sustainable, or any combination of these. The main component of our fabric blend, bamboo, is extremely environmentally friendly – using very little water to grow, needing no harmful pesticides, and being 100% biodegradable.

 

Environmental harm from manufacturing or growing practices of dyes and finishes should be as minimal as we know how to make them. Our eco-friendly vision contains fabrics that have these qualities. Materials we combine use less water, maintaining a scarce and precious resource for the future. We are committed to cause no unnecessary harm as a socially and environmentally responsible company. Keeping our Earth and communities healthy and happy is our driving force.

All of our clothing is designed in Hawaii. We globally source our fabrics with the majority of our manufacturing done at an organic and GOTS certified factory in Europe, Serbia.

At the moment no. To keep our line unique, we are continuously working on making our products authentic and in the same color options, but that will change in the near future, as we are working on new KEIKO lines and colors on a daily basis.

Even though we do our best to keep our colors on our website as true as possible, each computer screen has its own individual setting, so there can be differences in color. If you have a doubt about the color of a product, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at care@babykeiko.com.
